Ashiana and Landcraft launch Centre Court sports residences

GURGAON: Keeping the health care and recreation needs of city dwellers in mind, Ashiana Homes and Landcraft Developers are coming up with Centre Court sports residences at Sector 88 A in Gurgaon. The developers presented a show flat to the prospective buyers at an event on Saturday that was followed by music-filled evening by singer Lucky Ali.

Realty firms Ashiana Homes and Landcraft Projects said they have raised Rs 100 crore from Pirmal Capital through PE fund in the project and another Rs 80 crore from financial institution India Info line to fund their upcoming housing project in Gurgaon. The total cost of the project is Rs 900 crore.

Manu Garg, Director of Landcraft Developers, said, “We have planned almost 12 sports facilities inside the project. The gems of the project would be state-of-the-art fitness centre—Sprots fit promoted by the Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni and Mahesh Bhupathi’s tennis academy.”

Spread over an area of 14 acre, the project enjoys excellent connectivity. The Centre Court is offering 2 and 3 BHK deluxe apartments with sizes ranging between 1565 sqft to 2175 sq ft. Prices in the project vary between Rs 1 crore and Rs 1.5 crore.
