Naredco elects Parveen Jain as President
Parveen Jain, CMD, Tulip Infratech, was unanimously elected as President of National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco) a for two years term at the 17th annual general meeting of Council held on Wednesday.
Formed in 1998 under the aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India, Naredco is the apex national organisation representing all stakeholders of real estate.
The press release said Sunil Mantri, CMD, Mantri Realty Ltd., Mumbai outgoing President was elected as Chairman.
Five Vice Presidents were also elected from all the regions of the country:
Rajeev Talwar, CEO,DLF Limited– Vice President, North.
Rajan N Bandelkar, Director, Unnathi Estate (Raunak Group)& President, Naredco West Foundation – Vice President, West.
Manoj Kumar Tripathy, MD, Satyabadi Construction & President, Naredco Odisha– Vice President, East.
Ashok Patni, CEO, The Trading Corporation of Rajasthan & Vice Chairman, Rajasthan State Real Estate Development Council –Vice President, Central.
R Chalapathi Rao, Managing Partner, Sirisampada Constructions & Chief Convener, Naredco Telangana – Vice President, South.
Rajesh Arora, Managing Director, Arora & Associates Infradevelopers were also elected Member Finance for the 2 year term.
