Tata Capital Housing Fin trims interest rate on home loans
Tata Capital Housing Finance trims down the interest rate on home loans to 8.75%
12th January 2017; Mumbai :Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited (TCHFL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Capital Limited, has announced a reduction in its home loan interest rate. This is in line with the company’s vision to expand its reach, provide housing finance at attractive interest rates to a larger customer base and help them realize their dream of purchasing their own home.
TCHFL’s interest rates on home loans, currently, are as follows:
Loan Amount | Women | Others |
Up to 75 Lakhs | Starting from 8.70% PA | Starting from 8.75% PA |
Over 75 Lakhs | Starting from 8.75% PA | Starting from 8.80% PA |
In addition to this, TCHFL will continue to push its ‘Prapti’ Home Loan scheme, which is a subsidized scheme for economically weaker sections of society and has home loans starting at an interest rate of4%.
Mr. Govind Sankaranarayanan, Chief Operating Officer – Retail Business & Housing Finance said, “The drop in home loan interest rates is in line with our desire to support home loan demand in this important sector. Tata Capital Housing Finance has seen increasing demand from the affordable housing segment and has positioned itself to cater to the segment through special rates and schemes.”
