Tulip Infratech affordable housing project ready for handover

Tulip Infratech, one of the leading Real estate development organizations in NCR Gurgaon region has completed its first Affordable Housing project ‘Tulip Lemon’ which is located in sector-69, Gurgaon. The occupation certificate of Tulip Lemon is awaited and as soon as it is received, the hand over process shall begin. Tulip Lemon comprises of six towers of 2BHK & one tower of 1BHK units providing a total of around 754 units.

This is an Aluminium formwork technology where the whole structure is of RCC (Reinforced Cement concrete) and brick walls are not used. This gives a very strong earthquake resistant structure, easy to make typical floors with cement concrete pouring at one go for a large area with pipes & conduits embedded in it. The construction time taken is reduced to a great extent and also it results in a smooth finish. Also ‘Mivan’ technology reduces the need for skilled labour, masonry and rendering work. These are a few major advantages of Mivan technology over normal brick wall construction methods and it has added best quality value to the Tulip Lemon project.’
