10 complaints resolved at UPRERA NCR Conciliation Forum


A total of 10 problems of flats located in ‘Cabana High’ were resolved amicably and two were sent to court at the 24th meeting of the NCR Conciliation Forum held through video conferencing on July 22.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Conciliator RD Paliwal, said a press release by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Representative of promoter Naveen Goyal, and Annu Khan and Rashmi Pandey, representative of the Homebuyers Association, participated in the meeting.
Paliwal directed the concerned parties, especially the promoters to expedite the implementation of the decisions of the Forum and to increase public confidence and loyalty towards it so as to increase mutual trust between the buyers and the promoters.
