KDP Infra to invest Rs 250 cr in luxury project “Coral Ridge”

Real estate developers KDP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. on Friday launched its new premium luxury project “Coral Ridge”.

According to a press release, the project is strategically located near Raj Nagar Extension, in close vicinity of the upcoming International Cricket stadium. This project would see an investment of Rs.250 cr for its development which would be undertaken in phases.

The press release said, project offers an amalgamation of the perfect business spot, a full-fledged shopping destination and a fabulous family hangout all in 5.5 acres coupled with world class architecture and infrastructure.

Spread over an area of 1.5 acre “The Legend”, a top notch family club aimed at the high rollers of the society is expected to enrich the lifestyle of not only the people in Raj Nagar Extension but the entire NCR. Service apartments namely “KDP Suits” would also be the part of the project.
