315Work Avenue signs up 300 seats with Operative at Pune


Bangalore, November 09, 2021: Coworking space provider, 315Work Avenue has signed up 300 seats with Operative, a global advertising management software company. According to a press release issued by the company, this space is part of a 30,000 sq.ft. workspace of 315Work Avenue at the World Trade Center (WTC), Pune, at Kharadi. Operative recently also signed 300 seats workspace in Bengaluru , totalling to 600 seats now.
315Work Avenue currently manages around 20,000 seats spread over 1 million sqft office space across 20 centres located in prime business hubs in Bengaluru, Mumbai & Pune. The company also plans to add another 5 lakh sqft office space over a period of six months.
As per a recent report by Cushman and Wakefield, leasing of flexible workspace by corporates rose 73 per cent during January-June period on a year-on-year basis, signalling the continued demand for co-working spaces in the current scenario.
