Migsun MD Yash Miglani says all their projects are Ahead of time

Yash Miglani, Managing Director, Migsun, is highly bullish about the pace of construction and delivery schedule of the projects his company is carrying out. He told Realty & More that while the RNA project is being delivered nine months ahead of schedule, Wynn and Ultimo are advanced by a year. Miglani is also ecstatic about the fact that Migsun’s recently-launched project Vilasa is almost sold out. Besides, in this short conversation with R&M, Migsun MD also shared details about the company’s projects overall and gave numbers of people who have taken benefits of the CLSS scheme.

 

Here goes the tax of the R&M chat with Miglani:

 

Realty & More: How are your projects doing?

Yash Miglani: The projects are going very well and last month we sold approximately 550 apartments. The construction is also going very well. We are expecting to deliver the product a year before. That’s the tentative idea we’ve got.

R&M: Any specific projects which you are claiming to do very well?

YM: If you talk about Rajnagar Extension, we are delivering nine months before the commitment. If you see Migsun Wynn and Migsun Ultimo, we are giving one year before the commitment.

R&M: What about the projects like Vilasa?

YM: It’s a recently launched project, and we have sold 1,000 out of 1200 units. So, it is almost sold out. We are going to launch one more project in Greater Noida and Rajnagar Extension. We are expecting to launch in the next one or two months. We’re also getting into a new market like Lucknow.”

R&M: What are you going to launch in Rajnagar Extension?

YM: We are going to launch Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, in which we have about 2,500 units, and about 4.5 lakh sq. ft. area of commercial space. It is like a mix housing, where affordable housing is a separate project, and commercial is separate.

R&M: What about the Lucknow project?

YM: In Lucknow, we are getting one affordable housing project, and one commercial space. It is on the main Shaheed Path area. It’s the best location of Lucknow.

R&M: Can you tell us more about the Vilasa project?

R&M: Migsun Vilasa is project that we launched about 60-70 days back. We have sold over 1,000 units till now. About 600-700 customers have taken the CLSS scheme, where they all the first homebuyers. It is an advantage for the Government, and also for us.”

R&M:  Overall, among all your projects, how much is the inventory, how much is sold out, and how many people have taken the advantage of the CLSS scheme?

YM: We have about 10,000 apartments which are under construction, and about 8,600 apartments are sold out as of now. About 5,500 people have opted for the CLSS scheme, where they are getting the benefits of the interest subsidies from Rs 2.3 lakh to Rs 2.6-2.7 lakh.
