AIPL leases over 5 lakh sq. ft of Grade A office, retail space in FY23 at ‘AIPL Business Club’
New Delhi, June 13, 2023: Gurugram-based realty firm Advance India Projects Ltd (AIPL), has leased approximately 500,000 sq. ft of office space in its Grade A+ office complex, ‘AIPL Business Club’.
The project, AIPL Business Club, is located on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 62, Gurugram, Haryana. It has a total leasable area of approximately 6,75,000 square feet, along with retail outlets and a food court.
The project has been developed with an investment of around Rs 320 crores. The company anticipates an annual rental income of approximately Rs 50 crore, says a press release issued by the company.
Several prominent corporates and multinational companies have chosen to lease space within this prestigious complex.
Key tenants include Kuehne+Nagel with 65,220 sq. ft., followed by Lummus Technology occupying 52,374 sq. ft., Milliman with 52,374 sq. ft., British Airways with 52,378 sq. ft., Deloitte with 51,409 sq. ft., Cargill with 35,797 sq. ft., Brillon Consumer Products with 16,603 sq. ft., Grupo Bimbo with 16,596 sq. ft. and Unlimint with 14,855 sq. ft. of space, and many more.
Bikanervala, Third Wave Coffee, Dosa Plaza, M Café and Café Belong are among the establishments offering an array of unlimited food options. In addition, an efficient shuttle service is available, with air-conditioned buses providing transportation to the nearest metro stations.
