Amrapali says Adarsh Awas Yojna is a big hit with Govt employees

Real estate firm Amrapali Group has sold over 3,000 flats pan-India in 20 days under its newly-launched ‘Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna’. The Group has launched the scheme with an aim to support Government employees, including retired staffers, to have their own flat.
Anil Kumar Sharma, Chairman, Amrapali Group, said, “Being a former Government employee, I am very proud to launch Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna for Government employees which has received an overwhelming response in just few days after the launch. We would also like to thank Investors Clinic for extending the scheme on pan-India basis.”
Under the Yojna, Amrapali had planned to construct more than 10,000 flats with an area size 975sq.ft and 1300 sq.ft. in its 2 and 3BHK formats respectively. But as per the customer-feeback, a new unit size of 895 sq.ft. has been introduced further bringing down the minimum cost to Rs 20 lakh. The initial proposed flat price started at Rs 22 lakh onwards.
Honey Katiyal, C.E.O. Investors Clinic, exclusive service provider of the scheme, said, “I would like to thank Anil Kumar Sharma for giving us this opportunity to work on his vision and his unique consideration as the first private developer to recognise the efforts of the Government employees.”
