Ansal Buildwell inks deal with VKL Holdings, Al-Namal Group
The MoU was signed by Gopal Ansal, chairman and managing director from Ansal Buildwell and Varghese Kurian, chairman of VKL Holdings, Al-Namal Group.
“Ansal Buildwell has delivered the best in class housing and infrastructure projects. After joining hands with VKL Holdings, we are bringing world class technology and practices in the housing sector. This MoU opens up the unexplored markets for both the companies which would help in expanding their horizon overseas,” said Gopal Ansal, CMD, Ansal Buildwell Ltd said.
However, Varghese Kurien, VKL Holdings chairman, Al-Namal Group, said, “Signing of this MoU showcase that both the companies have the same objective to deliver world class projects and bring best practices in the housing and infrastructure sector”
“This represents the only kind of MoU coming from a company deeply rooted in India and we cherish the enduring relationship between us,” he added.
This development comes close on the heels of the Mou signed between India and Bahrain by H.E. Dr. Hassan A Fakhro – Minister of Industry & Commerce, Bahrain and H.E. Anand Sharma – Federal Minister of Industry & Commerce of India.
The MoU will provide both the companies the opportunity for joint development in the housing and infrastructure sectors in both India and Bahrain.
