Application date extended for Samajwadi Housing Scheme
The Noida Authority on Monday extended the last date for submission of application for the project of the Samajwadi Affordable Housing Scheme to March 18. Earlier, the last date for applying for the scheme was March 3.
According to reports, only 300 applications were received till March 3, against the 2, 000 flats on offer.
“Many applicants have submitted forms after March 3. These flats will be allotted through a draw and after proper scrutiny of the forms,” said a senior official of the Noida Authority.
The project, scheduled to be complete by 2017, has 720 two-room flats and 1, 280 one-room flats in the range of 600-800 sq feet. The prices of the flat are between Rs. 14 lakh and Rs. 30 lakh.
