Ashar Group Launches ‘Ashar Merac’ in Shree Nagar, MTC (Mumbai Thane Corridor)

Thane, June 6, 2024: Ashar Group announced the launch of ‘Ashar Merac,’ located in ShreeNagar, also known as the Mulund Thane Corridor (MTC). 

‘Ashar Merac’ is spread over 11 acres, with phase one covering 4 acres. Upon completion, this project will feature over 2000 residential units, says a press release issued by the company.

Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, Ashar Merac comprises 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences.
