Ashiana Housing Launches its Luxury Residential Project ONE44 in Jaipur

Delhi, February 13, 2024: Ashiana Housing Ltd, a listed real estate developer, presented its luxury residential project, ONE44. Located on 3.5 acres of land, the official launch of the project is scheduled for February 18, 2024.

Bollywood actress Dia Mirza unveiled the logo of the project. ONE44 is a strategic Joint Venture (JV) structure, with Ashiana Housing Ltd entering into a revenue-sharing model with its JV partner, informs a press release issued by the company. 

During the logo launch, Dia Mirza said, “The three most important aspects for any housing project are complete assurance of safety, quality, and on-time delivery. One remarkable thing about Ashiana is its commitment to all three as a legacy, growing with legacy, and fulfilling people’s dreams.”

The project is designed to offer 144 luxury residential, and its development will be executed in phases. Phase 1 and 1A are expected to be completed by December 2028, with subsequent phases aligned with the guidelines of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

The average size of the residential within the project is estimated to be around 2,700 square feet.
