Ashiana Housing, Lohia Jain Group join hands for Pune premium housing project


Pune, June 23, 2022: New Delhi-based real estate developer Ashiana Housing and Pune-based Lohia Jain Group have joined hands to come up with a premium project, Ashiana Malhar in Pune’s Hinjawadi region. A press release issued by the company says that, the project, spread over 11.33 acres, Ashiana Malhar will be developed by Ashiana Housing. The project will offer a total of 990 residential units. Phase I of the project will comprise 224 units.
The project will offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, where the usable carpet area ranges from 733sq. ft to 1045sq. ft. Each tower will have 14 floors.


Addressing the launch, Ankur Gupta, JMD, Ashiana Housing said, “With the launch of ‘Ashiana Malhar’ we are expanding our footprint and presence in metro city Pune. We have crafted these apartments keeping in mind the needs of modern living. At Ashiana Malhar, everyone will have access to quality amenities fortified with essential services, while creating a better-built environment. The project will be our effort to build a stronger and a more caring community.”
