Ashwin Sheth Group, a real estate developer in Mumbai and Thane, had sales revenue of over Rs 250 crore in Q2FY21.
‘Raintresting Deals’, an umbrella campaign which offered consumers the lowest price guaranteed, refundable booking fees, minimal booking amount of Rs. 51,000, no GST, and book-and-move-in was successfully implemented by the company, said a press release.
