Avanta India takes 20K sq ft office space on lease in Delhi to open co-working centre

Avanta India, while sharing its expansion plans mentioned that the new facility would be developed over three floors. Similar to other business centres of Avanta, this centre will provide non-branded office spaces having 280 workstations, 5 meeting rooms, a large business lounge for informal meetings along with a terrace. The centre is based on 100 per cent lease model and it would provide viable options for the start-ups and established companies.
Speaking on the expansion, Nakul Mathur, MD, Avanta India says, “For over a decade, we have been providing top-class flexible office spaces and services in India that are best for business and available for both national & international clients. We understand that operating out-of-business centres is convenient and cost effective than just renting an office space, thus we make sure that our clients get every opportunity to thrive.”
The business centre will be equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities for offices of any size. The serviced offices will feature VOIP telephony services, high-speed internet connectivity, and advanced office equipment, such as scanner, printer, fax, and office supplies coupled with Avanta’s industry leading customer services.
He further adds, “In FY 2017-18, 99,600 sq. ft. out of our total space was occupied and in FY 2018-19 the area occupied has reached 1,16,400 sq. ft. which is approx. 96 per cent of the total area of the portfolio. Hence, after looking at the high demand of flexible office spaces and excellent customer feedback we have now decided to expand our foot print in Connaught place with a new centre expected to be operational in June 2019, offering ready to use office spaces to meet the current growth trajectory.”
In September 2008, Avanta started operations from Statesman House in Connaught Place as its first business centre in New Delhi. At present, the company owns four business centres in New Delhi and one in Gurugram with a total area of 1,20,000 sq. ft.
