BPTP Group comes up with BPTP District to scale up luxurious plot living in Faridabad

NCR-based real estate developer BPTP Group is coming up with a gated plotted development project, BPTP District in Faridabad. BPTP District comprises residential plots ranging from 100-180 sq. yards in the prime real estate corridors of Sectors 81, 84, 85 and 86 in Faridabad.

A press release issued by the company says that BPTP District will be a luxurious plotted development that offers amenities like an Open Gym, Kids’ Play Area, Power Backup Provision, Designated EV Charging points, Outdoor Podium and Library Bar among others. BPTP District also has a provision allowing buyers to build 4 independent floors in their respective plots.

BPTP District has also incorporated sustainable measures to create an eco-friendly space like installations of electricity-saving LED lamps, Independent Sewage Treatment Plants, and Smart Drip and Sprinkler Irrigation Systems for electricity and water conservation.
