Organisations from across the world, that achieve 92% and above in the audit, are given Five Star’s rating, and invited to apply for the prestigious Sword of Honour.
Mindspace REIT’s several projects were assessed in the Five Star OH&S audit which measured performance against key health and safety management best practice indicators, and a detailed review which focused on organisational leadership, commitment and planning, implementation and operation, performance monitoring & measurement, and evaluation and continual improvement.

Commenting on the achievement, Vinod Rohira, Chief Executive Officer, Mindspace Business Parks REIT said “With the pandemic in the backdrop, health and safety protocols at the workplace are a priority for our entire team at Mindspace Business Parks REIT, our Grade A tenants, and employees working out of our Parks.
