Capacit’e bags nine new projects worth Rs 926 cr
Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, a company specialisingin construction of super-high rise buildings, on Wednesday announced that it has recently bagged nine new construction orders aggregating to Rs925.79 crore from different developers across the country.
According to a press release, Capacit’e order book position is close to Rs. 5,000 crore for construction projects spread all over the country.
The company recently bagged a Rs 217.80-crore construction order from Rustomjee Constructions for the construction of Rustomjee Seasons in Bandra (East), Mumbai. The scope of work includes construction of six high-end residential towers comprising three basements with 24 floors. The construction work for this project has commenced and is expected to be completed in the 27 months.
It has also bagged a Rs 181.49 crore order from Twenty Five South Realty, a joint venture of Hubtown and the Wadhwa Group, for construction of residential towers in a phased manner at Hindoostan Mills compound, Prabhadevi in Mumbai. The company has also bagged a Rs 175.62 crore order from Radius & Deserve Builders LLP for construction of six mass housing residential towers in Chembur, Mumbai.
Among other prestigious orders bagged by the company are aRs 60.19-crore high-rise residential tower in the Beau Monte Project at Sion, Mumbai by Sahana Sheth, a joint venture of Sahana Group and Sheth Creators. In Pune, Capacit’e has bagged an Rs 21.50 crore contract for a premium residential building project in Pune from Olympia, an ABIL group entity.In the NCR area, it has bagged a Rs 128.78-crore project in Sector 135, Noida by Sea view Developers, a Brookfield group entity for construction of three commercial towers comprising one ground and 15 floors and another project of Rs 55.50 crore from Unitech Developers and Projects, also a Brookfield group entity, to construct basement and superstructure area of the multi-level car park comprising of ground floor and seven floors.
In Bengaluru, it has bagged aRs 21.81 crore order from Siddh Shekha Developers LLP to construct a residential apartment at Bull Temple Road, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. The second project bagged in Bengaluru includes aRs 63.10 crore-project from Ozone Urbana Infra Developers to construct five residential towers comprising one basement, one stilt floor and eight floors.
