CBRE India recognised as the property management firm of the year

The India arm of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, was recently recognised as the Property Management Firm of the Year (West)at the coveted Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2016. This is the second time that CBRE has received this award for the West. Previously, the firm has received this award for North and South as well. The award was presented on 30^thSeptember, 2016 by Architect Christopher Charles Benninger  and Abdullah Al Abdooli, MD Al Marjan Island LLC, UAE in Mumbai, amidst the presence of a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academics, environmentalists, economists, legislators and policy makers.

The Award was adjudged by an esteemed 11 member jury panel of international architects and professionals. Yatin Patel, Founding Partner & Director, DSP Design Associates; Harpreet Singh, Partner, PWC and R. John Ringness, Managing Director – NEXT FMS, Canada. Realty Plus Awards recognises the contributions made in the Real Estate panorama. Conceptualized in 2014, the award has seen participation and success nationally.
