CommonFloor creates digital communities


According to a press release CommonFloor Groups enables residents to communicate with other residents, raise complaints and reach out to the concerned authority, view and pay maintenance dues online, post celebration photos and much more. That’s not all CommonFloor Groups also empowers the welfare association to conduct various important tasks in a jiffy, especially via the new smart dashboard. The RWA can communicate (Notices/Discussions/Email/SMS/Polls) with residents, keep a track of apartment assets, inventories, Staff and much more.
The press release said it also provides a robust accounting module for managing the financials for the community, including automated invoice generation for maintenance, online collection of dues and automated bank reconciliation. This helps associations in keeping transparent accounts and be audit compliant anytime.
