Community Yoga Event on Intl Yoga Day at Orange County Vyaayaam Vikas Kendra


June 24, 2024: Orange County, Indirapuram, organized a community yoga event to mark the 10th International Yoga Day. Orange County Vyaayaam Vikas Kendra organized the event to convey the message of living a healthy life through yoga practices.
During the event, expert yoga instructors led the participants through a series of yoga sessions, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices designed to enhance overall well-being.
OP Dewan, who conducted the event, emphasized that yoga is a continuous process everyone should adopt to maintain their health and mental balance. “Yoga has been a tradition in India for ages. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his special efforts in advocating yoga at the international level and thank the United Nations for declaring June 21 as International Yoga Day”, he added.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the residents, highlighting the community’s dedication to promoting wellness through yoga. Their participation underscored the significance of yoga as a unifying practice and emphasized its role in fostering a healthier, more harmonious society.
