CRC Gp organises Yoga session at Tapasya RH, Noida hailing its Spirit of Noida campaign


Noida: NCR-based real estate developer CRC Group on International Yoga Day, organised a special Yoga session at the Tapasya Retirement Home in Sector 45, Noida.
Going with the theme of this year “Yoga for Humanity” as a part of its Spirit of Noida campaign, the members of Tapasya Retirement Home along with the CRC team performed yoga poses like Pranayam, Shavasan, Vajrasan, Lotus Position, Kapal Bharti etc. Special care was taken of elderly men and women and yoga poses were selected and done as per their comfort.
The Yoga participants also shared their stories of how Yoga transformed their fitness and marked them safe from many diseases and maladies. The CRC Group also gave gifts and hampers to all the yoga enthusiasts as a token of encouragement and appreciation.


Expressing his views on International Yoga Day, Kunal Bhalla, Co-Founder & CEO, CRC Group, said, “Yoga is a venerated cultural heritage of our country. It has found global acceptance in the form of International Yoga Day which is celebrated every year since 2015. Yoga is a spiritual practice that bears a positive aftereffect on each faculty of human existence. We celebrated International Yoga Day in a sober and delightful way and had a great time. I would like to thank the team members for their overwhelming efforts. It was in line with our ‘Spirit of Noida’ campaign and we will continue to make such efforts in future as well.”
