CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show receives an overwhelming response

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (CREDAI) Hyderabad Property Show concluded today with over 50,000 visitors exploring the best properties on offer from the participating CREDAI members. The Three Day property show also had various sessions involving the bureaucrats, industrialists and domain specialists deliberating about the business outlook in Hyderabad, the development, safety & security measures taken by the city police, infrastructure challenges and possible solutions to be presented to the state government for a sustainable development at Hyderabad. The Valedictory ceremony was attended by Mr. Mahender Reddy, DGP, Telangana State along with Sri S. Ram Reddy, President CREDAI Hyderabad, Sri. P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary CREDAI Hyderabad, Vice Presidents Sri Aditya Gowra, Sri G. Anand Reddy, Dr. M.S. Anand Rao, Sri. D. Muralikrishna Reddy, Treasurer Sri K. Rajeshwar, and the Joint Secretaries Sri V. Rajashekar Reddy, Sri C G Murali Mohan.

The CREDAI property show was much larger and grander this year and aptly reflecting the rising stature and brand of “Hyderabad”. The property show displayed over 15,000 projects including integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, green buildings along with financial institutions and suppliers. The exhibition showcased properties suiting every need and budget by the developers providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions ranging from value to luxury offerings in the twin cities.

Points by Mr. Mahender Reddy DGP Telangana

A special session was organized on the last day of the property show where Mr. Mahendar Reddy, DGP Telangana presented the various initiatives by Hyderabad City Police to make the city safe for the residents. He said, “Hyderabad has become safe and secure city due to our focused efforts. In the past 4 years crime rate has come down significantly. This is because of the various smart policing initiatives by the department. We have launched several technology based platforms to track crime and reduce the response time. We are proud to state that the first response time by police is reduced to around 5 minutes. We have launched programs like E Challan, Cashless Challan Payment System, Community CCTV project for the benefit of people of Hyderabad. He mentioned that we are particularly concerned about the safety of the women of the city. She Teams have actively captured the eve teasers and have brought about law and order in the city. It’s very heartening to see Women feeling safe in the city and able to carry on the activities on the daily basis. Specially for the IT corridor we have launched Hawk Eye App to track the movement of vehicles. The Hawk Eye can also be integrated with the transport application of the individual companies and help in physical tracking of vehicles and help people reach out to people in case of any emergency .

He said that their initiatives for Traffic Management , Lost report of Articles / documents, Stolen vehicles and tracking are very well received by the people. As a part of the Governments vision to transform Telangana State Police into a Citizen Friendly and Responsive Police, Hyderabad City Police has initiated a system of Citizen Satisfaction Feedback Services. We are working towards People Friendly policing are very keen on making Hyderabad and Telangana a safe and peaceful state.

Skill Development

CREDAI Hyderabad also showcased the various initiatives being undertaken for SKILL development of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labour by CREDAI members and the impact it had on the employability and quality of life of the labour. CREDAI also showcased the waste management technique developed and utilized by CREDAI members to recycle and reuse the waste generated by a community developed by the members. This technique ensures that the communities adopting the technique become a zero Garbage units contributing significantly to “Swachh Bharat” mission.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. S. Ram Reddy President, CREDAI Hyderabad said, “This has been the best CREDAI property show. We are extremely happy with the response to this property show and the kind of inquiries received. Hyderabad has seen rapid urbanization with Hyderabad Metropolitan Region offering the best quality of living among cities in India and is a leader in Human Development Index. The city, backed by stable political environment, conducive and facilitative business environment, growing occupier demand, improving infrastructure, relatively low rentals and the availability of large skill pool, is on a cusp of rapid growth. For the benefit of the end users the property prices are the lowest when compared to cities with comparable development and infrastructure. We hope the customers will make the decision to purchase the property of their choice before the prices increase.”

Adding to this Mr. P Ramakrishna Rao, General Secretary CREDAI, Hyderabad said, “We are delighted at the response to this edition of CREDAI Hyderabad property show. We had fruitful deliberations with eminent bureaucrats, industry experts and domain specialists who also emphasized the rising stature of the city. Hyderabad is getting a global prominence as a site for largest establishments for MNC’s and a vibrant and rapidly growing local entrepreneurship ecosystem driving the growth and job creation in the city. We are hopeful that the city is likely to witness a significant demand for housing in the coming few years.
