CREDAI Warangal’s First Property Show inaugurated

Warangal, 19th October, 2019:  CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, country’s apex of private real estate developers, has organised Warangal’s First-ever Property show 2019, an iconic event for the rising city, on 19th October 2019 at Nandana Gardens, Nakkalagutta, Warangal. The residential real estate sector of Warangal has been the best performing sector across the major cities backed by increased demand and supply. With RERA in place along with political stability, there is a positive sentiment encouraging both developers and buyers. Against this backdrop, CREDAI is hosting the most credible 2-day property show from 19th & 20th October, 2019 at Nandana Gardens, Nakkalagutta, Warangal. The property show has more than 100 developers showcasing 5,000+ properties at incredibly reasonable prices. The event is showcasing the best apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, and green buildings suiting every requirement and budget. Besides, financial institutions have offered attractive home finance schemes and supplies to real estate projects.

The two-day event is likely to be visited by over 20 thousand visitors. The CREDAI Warangal Property show will also host several interesting discussions involving political leaders, bureaucrats, Real Estate developers, etc., on the issues, challenges and an outlook for the Real Estate sector in Telangana.

Mr. Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar, Chief Whip TS Legislative Assembly says, “We are delighted to receive an approval from the government of Telangana to develop Warangal as a smart city of this state. Mr. KTR has shown immense interest in pursuing a long term project in Warangal”.

Telangana Government, recently allocated funds under the state budget and the centre’s Smart City scheme, to develop Warangal on par with Hyderabad. Development plans by the district administration and Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) backed by the capital support of Rs 5,000 crore for the next two years, Smart City plans, with an estimated fund of Rs 2,750 crore and a new Master Plan have been proposed. The government, which recently released the ‘Warangal Vision Document 2028’, is aiming to attract investments and increase economic activities, and employment, in IT, ITeS, tourism and hospitality sectors in the urban areas and textiles and food processing in rural areas, the positive impact of which will surely be felt in the real estate industry as well. This will lead to overall development of Warangal & increase in demand for real estate leading to increase in prices. The 1st edition of CREDAI Warangal Property show is appropriately timed and aims at showcasing the best world class projects by the members of CREDAI Warangal.  We strongly recommend that the people should make the most of the present price levels in the city and purchase their desired property before the price hike.”
