CREDAI NCR Women’s Wing to empower women and promote gender diversity in the Sector

Noida, June 21, 2018: On the occasion of 4th International yoga Day, CREDAI NCR Women’s Wing organised a yoga sessions for healthy body and fit mind. Simultaneously, the other CREDAI NCR members also hosted the yoga sessions for their residents, staff and labourers at their respective offices and projects.

This yoga session was organised in the spirit of healthy living that CREDAI NCR as an autonomous body of real estate developers has always promoted.

“CREDAI NCR Women’s Wing has taken this step to deliver the message that health is of utmost importance and Yoga is one of the best ways to stay healthy. It is a proud moment for us that Yoga, which we as an Indian were practicing since age is now been recognized at the level and has finally got its due and the benefits of yoga will now reach to the mass larger audience,” says Manju Gaur, Convener, CREDAI Women’s Wing (NCR).

CREDAI Women’s Wing is an initiative of CREDAI which launched to promote women empowerment in the sector and to bring forward the women entrepreneurs from the sector and enable them with responsibilities and play an important role in the various activities of CREDAI and the decision making process.

The CREDAI Women’s Wing was established with the key objective of encouraging women developers to participate actively in their family owned Real Estate business and encouraging and incorporating gender diversity in the leadership of Real Estate.

Pankaj Bajaj, President, CREDAI NCR said that CREDAI’s Women’s Wing in the NCR has been established recently. The Wing endeavours to promote initiatives such as these to give a human face to our industry which is suffering from an image problem. In fact we are looking at the Women’s Wing to earn back the respect that this industry deserves.
