Cube Highways Declares Q3 Numbers, Q3’24 Distribution at ₹ 2.00/Ordinary Unit

New Delhi, February 13, 2024: Cube Highways Trust (“Cube InvIT”) [BSE/NSE: CUBEINVIT], managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt. Ltd.(the “Investment Manager”), on Tuesday announced its results for the nine month period ended December 31, 2023. The total consolidated income for the period stood at ₹ 22,714.14mn, while the consolidated EBITDA for the period was ₹ 14,430.50mn. 

The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager has declared a Distribution Per Unit (“DPU”) of ₹ 2.00 to ordinary unitholders for the third quarter (Q3) of FY 2023-24, amounting to a total distribution amount of ₹ 2,580.69mn.

Pankaj Vasani, Group CFO of Cube InvIT, stated: “Our Q3 results showcase another quarter of consistent execution and operational excellence. The DPU comprises ₹ 1.99 per ordinary unit as interest and ₹ 0.01 per unit as treasury income. The record date for the distribution is February 13, 2024, and the distribution payment will be made on or before February 24, 2024. ”

As of 31 December 2023, the portfolio valuation also increased to a total Asset under Management of ₹ 250.24bn.
