Danube to launch luxurious project in Dubai

Mumbai, March 14, 2022: UAE based real estate developer, Danube Properties, will be soon coming up with a new property in the Dubai market.

According to a press release issued by the company, ‘Skyz by Danube’, launched October 2021, was 100% sold out in a record-breaking time. Though the developer has not yet disclosed the name of this property, it plans to announce this off-plan property this month amidst a huge media blitz.

The Dubai real estate market is looking up and the investor confidence is back. The government has eased Covid-19 restrictions and PCR testing is not required to enter and exit Dubai. This improving scenario and the emerging high demand have encouraged us to come up with yet another real estate marvel which we will unveil soon.”

Spread over a built area of approx. 5 lakh Sq ft., the value of the project is estimated to be AED 300 million (Rs 600 crore).
