DLF Mall of India Organizes ‘Active Noida Bike-a-Thon’ For Road Safety


Noida, January 28, 2025: DLF Mall of India organized the ‘Active Noida Bike-a-Thon’, spreading awareness about road safety and traffic rules, on the occasion of Republic Day. The event, held in collaboration with Noida Traffic Police and Max Healthcare, saw the enthusiastic participation of over 200 bikers, including women riders and specially-abled bikers.
The event commenced at DLF Mall of India in Sector 18, Noida, with bikers riding to Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida West, and returning to the mall for the culmination of the event. Throughout the rally, bikers actively promoted the importance of road safety among citizens.
Further, Max Healthcare’s team demonstrated first-aid techniques to assist road accident victims in emergencies, emphasizing life-saving measures. Meanwhile, the Noida Traffic Police educated participants on the significance of following traffic rules, including wearing helmets, safety gears and adhering to proper lane discipline.


Shibli Khan, VP & Cluster Head – Noida, DLF Mall of India, said, “Republic Day is not just about celebrating patriotism; it is a reminder of our responsibilities as citizens of India. Through this Bike-a-Thon, we aim to promote road safety and traffic awareness, fostering a sense of accountability among individuals to create safer roads and a more conscious community.”
Shailendra Singh, Traffic Inspector, Noida Traffic Police said, “Road safety is a collective responsibility and events like the Bike-a-Thon help in educating people. Such events encourage citizens to drive responsibly, fostering a culture of safety on our roads.”
The event concluded with the bikers being felicitated for their participation and contribution to spreading road safety awareness.
