DLF’s 116-Acre Integrated Township Takes Shape in Gurugram


Gurugram, May 2, 2025: Gurugram’s real estate sector is set to get a major boost with the integrated township DLF 6 by DLF. Positioned strategically across Sectors 76 and 77, this new township—branded as DLF Privana—promises to carry forward DLF’s legacy of premium living established by its earlier developments in DLF 5 including The Aralias, The Magnolias, The Camellias and The Belaire.
Spanning 116 acres along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), DLF Phase 6 is being envisioned as a modern, sustainable and self-contained urban ecosystem. It will focus on mobility, green infrastructure and resilience, and feature residential and retail developments.
The township will have tree-lined boulevards, wide green corridors and pedestrian-friendly planning with dedicated jogging and cycling tracks. DLF is also incorporating forward-thinking infrastructure with 84-metre-wide sector roads which include 12-metre covered pedestrian walkways—an effort to encourage walkability and a healthier lifestyle.
All buildings within the township will comply with the latest building codes, including seismic Zone 5 norms, ensuring enhanced safety and long-term sustainability.
In keeping with its green development ethos, the township will utilise recycled water irrigation systems for landscaping, helping maintain groundwater levels and reducing environmental impact.
A robust security framework comprising 24/7 CCTV surveillance and rapid response teams is also being integrated across the project.
As part of this township, DLF has already launched two projects, Privana South and Privana North. Both projects were sold out within days of their launch. Combined, these two phases generated a topline exceeding INR 12,790 crore.
Per market sources, DLF is now planning to launch its third project in this township. This project, as per market sources, will be much beiger in terms of number of units and sales realisation.

Both DLF Privana South and DLF Privana West have received very good feedback, being completely sold out even before launch, he added.
“With the upcoming project of DLF Privana, DLF 6 will be on par with DLF 5. This upcoming project will be a very good opportunity foru both buyers and investors given the location advantage it brings, offering connectivity to Dwarka Expressway and NH8.”
With its proven expertise in developing integrated neighborhoods, DLF is expected to transform this location significantly. Beyond the success of DLF5 in Gurugram, the company has also developed a similar township in Moti Nagar, Delhi, known as DLF Midtown. This development comprises a range of premium to luxury projects with the latest offering being DLF One Midtown, launched in 2022.
