Dynamix joins hands with tech startup Blox

Dynamix Group, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has collaborated with a technology enabled platform, Blox, for the sale and marketing of its upcoming development.
Dynamix has projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Goa, said a press release.
Under the partnership, Blox will use its tech platform to manage the end-to-end sales process for the customers of the project, it said further. In addition to the traditional sales effort, Blox will be making use of cutting-edge technology to do virtual presentations for channel partners and clients to support homebuying activities, added the release.
Jay Goenka, Director, Dynamix, said, “Blox has quickly built a team that is one of the best in the business and is trailblasing in their mission to ease the real estate buyer’s journey. The home is one of the largest, most important and emotional purchases a person makes in their lifetime. In its current form, making that purchase involves voluminous (and oftentimes confusing) research, paperwork and back and forth with the Government, mortgage lender and developer – a process which leaves much to be desired. Today’s customer deserves better and technology can enable this. Blox is trying to solve precisely this and in doing so, will make an invaluable contribution to the industry and its consumer. We are looking forward to being part of that important journey.”
Aditya Jhaveri, CEO and Founder of Blox, said, “We are elated to have partnered with the Dynamix Group for this exclusive mandate. Dynamix is a giant and has supported our vision of digitising the real estate industry block by block. Our expertise in the sector along with the hybrid model of selling will be beneficial for us as the on-ground experience will help us get real time feedback on how sales are to be optimised in the post-COVID era while building a consumer-focused sales engine, thereby enhancing our overall sales framework. We are looking forward to collaboratively executing this project and what it has in store for us.”
