Elara Technologies appoints Anand Thakur – Group Chief Technology Officer

New Delhi, 16^th January 2020: Elara Technologies Pte. Ltd., the country’s only full stack real estate technology platform that owns PropTiger.com, Housing.com and Makaan.com has appointed Anand Thakur as its new Technology Head. He has been designated Group Chief Technology Officer and will be based out of the company’s corporate office in Gurugram.

Anand joins Elara Technologies as the group CTO from Jubilant FoodWorks where he was the Chief Digital Officer and spearheaded several transformational initiatives. At Elara, he will be responsible for spearheading the company’s global platform development efforts and new initiatives for all its platforms including, Housing.com, PropTiger.com & Makaan.com.  He will report to Dhruv Agarwala, Group CEO, Elara Technologies.

A Technology veteran, Anand has been a successful entrepreneur, technology leader and computer scientist with more than 16 years of rich experience. He has extensive exposure to the field of e-commerce, application design and architecture, leadership in start-ups as well as large corporations.

A B.Tech, Anand has previously worked with Lenskart.com as VP – Engineering, Koovs.com as Chief Technology Officer and Jubilant FoodWorks as Chief Digital Officer.
