Embassy REIT Leases 207,000 Sq Ft to Rubrik at Embassy TechVillage, Bengaluru

New Delhi, January 9, 2025: Embassy Office Parks Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has announced the an agreement to lease (‘ATL’) with global cybersecurity company Rubrik at Embassy TechVillage in Bengaluru. Located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, Embassy TechVillage is one of Embassy REIT’s flagship office parks which offers office spaces, retail hubs, and recreational facilities. The park hosts some of the world’s leading companies. The upcoming 518-key dual-branded Hilton Hotels will provide hospitality to over 50,000 park users.

Global professional services company Colliers facilitated the transaction for Rubrik.
