EROS Group’s Sampoornam 3 Pre-Launch Sales Skyrocket, ₹200 Crore Inventory Sold in 2 days

New Delhi / September 3, 2024: Eros Group claimed that its latest residential offering, Eros Sampoornam 3 in Greater Noida West witnessed an overwhelming response from homebuyers, with an inventory worth Rs 200 crores already sold in two days. EROS Group invested Rs 400 crores in the five towers opened for sale at Sampoornam 3, the company said in a press statement. 

Eros Sampoornam 3 spans over 21,728 square meters. The project comprises 11 towers, offering a mix of lavish 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The initial sales opened for five of these towers, which alone house 318 units out of the total 726 units across the project, the statement added.
