Excella Tremont sells 300 flats in 100 days

Pune, March 28, 2022: Excellaa sold 300 units within 100 days of the launch of its project, Excellaa Tremont.

According to a press release issued by the company, sales of the Tremont property located at Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa in Pune, has pleasantly surprised the Excellaa promoters.

“Selling 300 units within 100 days of launching a property is not something that happened even during the pre-pandemic period.  It is here the success of Tremont property becomes important,” said Excellaa spokesperson.
