Flex Workspace Provider, CorporatEdge Expands Presence in Delhi NCR, Launches New Centre at World Trade Center (WTC), Delhi

Delhi, April 28, 2025: Flex workspace provider, CorporatEdge, announced expansion of its presence in the National Capital Region with the launch of its centre – ‘The India Centre’ at the newly developed World Trade Center (WTC), Nauroji Nagar, Delhi. Spanning 42,000 sq. ft., this new centre adds to the company’s flagship 20,000 sq. ft. space at HT House in Connaught Place, bringing its total operational area in Delhi to 62,000 sq. ft.

With this addition, CorporatEdge now operates eight centres across Delhi, Gurugram, and Bangalore, collectively managing over 260,000 sq. ft. of premium workspace across the country.

The new centre features 620 desks across 34 private office suites, five curated meeting rooms, and premium amenities such as a 45-seater café and a Workbench Café with a barista. Designed to promote both focus and collaboration, the centre also includes activity-based work zones, focus rooms, telephone booths, and collaborative nooks ensuring a balanced and efficient work environment.

The centre features distinctive elements, such as a circular water fountain in the guest lounge, a crater-inspired ceiling, curated lighting installations, and textured interiors. Office suites are equipped with raised flooring and digital locks, complemented by abundant natural light and integrated acoustic features, informs a press release issued by the company.
