Former CEOs of Noida Authority figure in FIR

Former Noida Authority CEOs Mohinder Singh and SK Dwivedi were among 26 retired and serving Government officials booked in an FIR that was filed on October 4 based on a report from the UP Government’s special investigation team (SIT), which looked into instances of collusion between Noida Authority and Supertech to facilitate the construction of two residential towers at Noida’s Emerald Court.
The Supreme Court had on August 31 ordered the demolition of the two towers, Apex and Ceyane, holding these illegal, and ordered the prosecution of erring Government officials, following which the SIT was constituted.
A formal complaint was forwarded to the vigilance wing (Lucknow sector) by Noida Authority planning department manager Vaibhav Gupta.
According to reports in the media, four Directors of Supertech and two private architects were also named in the complaint.
Supertech declined to comment on reports in this regard.
