GAP gets RERA nod for housing project

Gujarat-headquartered GAP Associates, a fast-growing infrastructure development company in western India, recently received approval from The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority for its maiden residential project Greenera Gardenvilla.

The project is located inside Dholera SIR, a greenfield, IGBC-certified and Platinum-rated, futuristic global industrial smart city.

With this, Greenera Gardenvilla becomes the first and only residential project located within the ‘Activation Area’ (covering 22.5 sq. km) of Dholera SIR to have registered and being authorized under RERA, said a press release issued by the company.
