Gulshan Vivante’s possession soon

Now, it is good news for home buyers. Those who have booked in the ‘Gulshan Vivante’ project will soon own their dream homes. To bridge the gap between the upcoming heavy demand and required supply, developers in the sector are gearing up with their projects to offer. Gulshan Homz, one of the leading developers of NCR will soon be offering possession of its ultra-luxurious project, ‘Gulshan Vivante’ which is located at Sector 137, Noida Expressway.

So, already the investors and buyers have something to cheer about. The company is offering apartments of 2+1, 3, 3+1 and 4+1 BHK varying in sizes from 1,080 sq. ft. to 2,645 sq. ft.
