Gurugram Wellness Carnival in DLF CyberHub

Gurugram/New Delhi, February 12, 2024: FindYourFit, a wellness experiences platform and Cult announced the ‘Gurugram Wellness Carnival’ in association with DLF Malls, set to take place on February 17, 2024 at DLF CyberHub, Gurugram. This event marks the third leg of Active Gurugram and promises to be a day-long extravaganza celebrating the transformative power of wellness.

Attendees will experience a diverse array of activities aimed at fostering holistic well-being. From yoga sessions to meditation practices, dance fitness classes, and dynamic animal flow workouts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, says a release issued by DLF.

One of the highlights of the carnival will be the panel discussions led by experts in the health and wellness industry. Renowned figures such as Vicram Sharma, Director of Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan; Dr. Shelja Sen, Narrative Family Therapist and Co-founder of Children First and India Mental Health Alliance (IMHA); Kairavi, Mental Health Advocate and Author; and Luke Coutinho, Founder of Luke Coutinho Holistic Healing Systems, will lead discussions on topics including the Ayurveda advantage, resilience-building, and embracing everyday victories.

Steadfast Nutrition, one of the top health brands has also come on board as the Nutrition Partner for the event.

In addition to the panel discussions, attendees can also participate in workshops covering art therapy, healthy probiotic smoothies, and more. The Wellness Bazaar will showcase products and services from leading fitness and nutrition brands such as GNC, Vibram, Bellavita, Odd Fellows Brews, Gladful and more.

The carnival, presented by FindYourFit and Cult will culminate in an exhilarating animal flow workout led by Garima and a dance fitness party led by renowned fitness expert Shwetambari Shetty, ensuring a memorable end to a day filled with wellness and vitality.
