Greater Noida becoming a hub for food processing, IT industries, says Authority CEO Deepak Aggarwal
Keeping buyers’ interest uppermost in mind, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is doing utmost to ensure that around 16,000 units in 21 projects are handed over to them latest by the end of this month. Touting this as one big achievement of the Authority, Deepak Aggarwal, CEO of GNIDA, tells Realty & More Editor Palash Roy in an exclusive interview that developers who failed to respond to the Authority’s notice, will have to face hard time. Besides talking about the Authority’s willingness to issue partial completion certificates and steps to tackle transportation problem in the area, the 2000-batch IAS officer from UP cadre reels out a list of companies planning to set base in the area to prove how Greater Noida is becoming a hub for food processing and IT industries. The senior bureaucrat, who is a Masters in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University in the US, also dwell at length on the Integrated Industrial Township project proposed under the DMIC.
