Housing.com ties up with solartech start-up Loom Solar for solar rooftop solutions

New Delhi, January 24, 2022: Proptech company Housing.com launches Solar Rooftop – a one stop solar rooftop solution for homes under its rental and allied services platform Housing Edge. Housing.com has entered into a partnership with Loom Solar, a SolarTech start-up.

The partnership aims at leveraging and augmenting the strength of both organisations for providing a one-stop solution to home owners for their solar needs.

According to Mercom India Research’s latest report, in Q3 2021, in 9M(9 months, 2021), India added 1.3 GW of rooftop solar, an increase of 202% compared to the same period last year. Gujarat had the most rooftop installations in Q3 2021, followed by Maharashtra and Haryana.
