ICICI Home Finance loan for customers in the informal sector


ICICI Home Finance has launched a new micro home loan ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’, for skilled professionals.
The beneficiaries include carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tailors, painter, welders, auto mechanic, manufacturing machine (Example Lathe, CNC) operator, laptop, computer, RO repair technician, as well as small and medium business owners, grocery store owners in the city.
The loan amount offered ranges from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 50 lakh.
‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’ home loan is targeted at the informal segment of the population who wishes to purchase their own home, but may not have all documents that a formal financial institution would require.
Customers seeking to avail of the loan need only provide details of their PAN card, Aadhar card, bank statement proof of past six months and a minimum account balance of Rs 1,500 for loan up to 5 lakh and Rs 3,000 for loan above 5 lakh.
