- It is first of its kind App feature to enhance property listings in India
New Delhi, 4th September, 2017: IndiaProperty.com has enabled its users to shoot, edit and upload professional quality Do It Yourself (DIY) Videos to their property listings. This first of its kind in-app feature in India would not only help enhance property listings for buyers on the website but also for sharing it on social media and WhatsApp.
Buyers can individually shoot up to 10 second videos of different rooms in the property and then merge all the videos with a single click. The process is simple and quick. Sellers can also describe their property along with the video. Sellers can now market their property better by showcasing their home to buyers through their eyes. Buyers can now envision the property better as the video listings gives buyers an experience close to real time site visits.
IndiaProperty.com has introduced a gamut of technological innovations to create a seamless home buying and selling process in the past. Virtual Site Visit, TruView and Discover, added a whole new dimension to the home buying process both for buyers and sellers. Today they add another facet to the online home buying platform by introducing video enabled listings for the first time in India. Currently the tool is available for android.
Talking about this, Ganesh Vasudevan, CEO IndiaProperty.com says, “The feature empowers sellers with a simple DIY tool in their mobile app to create more compelling marketing collaterals to sell their property. It is useful for both individual sellers and agents. In this era of smart phones, video listing of properties is an easy and convenient solution to market your property better. The tool enhances the ‘touch and feel’ experience for home buyers by bringing them one step closer to their dream home.”
