Further, with the board introducing an increased 0.2 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for commercial properties within 500 metres of the proposed metro route connecting Noida to Knowledge Park-5 in Greater Noida West, it will potentially lead to denser development around the metro corridor. Thus, these decisions will likely impact the real estate landscape of Noida Extension and Greater Noida, shaping the region’s future development and reinforcing its potential for sustained growth.
Furthermore, the region’s appeal, enhanced by its unparalleled connectivity, plays a pivotal role in its ascent.
