Investors Clinic hosts propfest from Oct 23

Investors Clinic (IC) is organising a propfest from October 23-35, at Hotel Radisson Blu in Noida. The company has been able to bring 15 leading developers, including Tata Value Homes, Godrej Properties, Bhutani and Supetech, said a press release.
More than 50 projects are on offer during the propfest wherein a mix of commercial and residential properties will be there. An on-the-spot discount of up to 20 per cent will be offered to the buyers, said the release.
It is the first on the ground event which the company is organising post COVID outbreak. However, in order to maintain protocols and social distancing, pre-appointments have been booked.
Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic, said, “Festival season is the best time for the developers to gain lost momentum and numbers. COVID has impacted the struggling real estate sector even more in the last few months. The next three months offer a ray of hope for the sector. We have been able to bring in the most reputed developers under one roof for the convenience of our customers. We plan to achieve anywhere between 500-750 sale during these three days, worth Rs 200-300 crore.”
