JD Group launches mixed-use project at Yamuna Expressway

Real estate development player JD Group has launched its mixed-use project UniPark, located at Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida.

According to a press release, UniPark is designed using a thoughtful layout with an aesthetic architectural style. Spread over in an area of 10 acre, UniPark is an ideal blend of residential, commercial and retail spaces designed to deliver a world-class experience of urban living and working. UniPark offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments. Commercial offering consists of four different options- ‘Intelligent Offices’, ‘Intellect Offices’, ‘Smart Offices’ and ‘Modern Services Offices’. It also has retail shops where one can find outlets of national and international brands, bank ATMs, restaurant and food court.
