Mumbai, April 04, 2018: JLL India today announced the launch of an innovative and path-breaking service, DEVELOPER SOLUTIONS – a horizontal platform geared to service the multiple requirements of the real estate developer community across their lifecycle. The platform will be led by Siva Krishnan, who re-joins JLL India as the Managing Director, Developer Solutions. In his previous role, Siva was the Senior Executive Director at CBRE and part of the India leadership team.
Developer Solutions is JLL’s pioneering effort to create a comprehensive real estate services unit, providing developers with a multi-speciality pan-India solutions development team, thereby minimising the need to reach out to multiple service providers or separate teams –and seen for the first time within Indian Real Estate. The formation of this unified platform includes creation of a new SBU – Developer Initiatives, combined with JLL’s highly in-demand Land Services and Strategic Consulting practices, all of which will be brought together under a single platform. The new Developer Initiatives service line will have presence across cities, in order to ensure effective Solutions Development and Key Account Management.
As part of his new role, Siva will spearhead the three key portfolios of Developer Initiatives, Land Services and Strategic Consulting to create meaningful solutions across India’s large developer eco-system. He will put in place a developer focused framework for both Strategic Consulting and Land Services, as well as create a first-time ever structure of pan-India solutions development & account management under the Developer Initiatives vertical. The new service platform will give JLL a competitive edge in the India market, as it cohesively draws on the strengths of various specialised teams to create symbiotic solutions for developers. The platform will also leverage of JLL’s various other services ranging from Funding & Investments, Landlord Representation, Office & Retail Brokerage, Property Management, Construction Management and more to create bespoke solutions to optimise resources, value and marketing efforts, geared towards higher revenue growth and profitability for developers.

Siva has over two decades of experience in creating innovative solutions for Indian real estate. He earlier pioneered the concept of sole mandate sales, structured project marketing, integrated offline and online models, launched tech platforms, conceptualised large format property exhibitions and automated processes as winning strategies for the India residential sales ecosystem, in addition to being involved in many prestigious mandates across the country. In spearheading this new platform, industry stalwart Siva Krishnan marks his return to JLL India, after a hiatus of almost 5 years. He was the Dy. Chief Operating Officer for JLL’s residential arm, and instrumental in founding and building the business. He has also worked with HDFC Bank previously.
