Kalpataru Sells 100 Flats worth Rs 300 Crore in Its Borivali West Advay Project


Mumbai / October 7, 2024: Kalpataru, a prominent real estate developer in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), has received a strong buyer response for its upcoming residential project, Kalpataru Advay, in Borivali West, a statement from the company said.
During the Ganpati festival, Kalpataru started the booking for the project and within a few days, it sold 100 units worth Rs 300 crore.
Kalpataru Advay offers 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments and is located near New Link Road and within walking distance of the Borivali (West) metro station (Line 2A).
Kalpataru Advay is a redevelopment project and is spread across 5.89 acres having 0.63 million square feet (msf) saleable area. The project features all luxury amenities including, swimming pool, gym, kids’ play area, and garden, and is expected to be completed by June 2030, the statement added.
Kalpataru, known for developing luxury, premium, and mid-income residential projects, has a significant presence across all MMR micro-markets.
